We received the request from the National Park "Smolenskoe Poozerie" that local works-electrics saw the lonely bear cub and caught him, after what delivered to the National Park. The management of the Park, realizing the impossibility of returning this animal at this age to nature, contacted us, and already the next morning we started the journey to deliver the bear cub to OBRC.

The journey to this National park is only 300 km, but any way, the way there, fulfilling the documents for transportation of the bear cub to OBRC and the way back took us the whole day. But it doesn't matter – the bear cub is in safety!

The small female, called Masha, spend one night in the house of the National Park worker: he was trying to feed her, but she refused. The small female looked not active and it caused the concern about her health. The management of the National Park asked the assistance from the local veterinarian services – the examination of the bear cub showed – she feels good. But we will monitor her thoroughly.
